Job Purpose
To manage moderately complex legal cases, support district operations with legal guidance, and ensure the Bank’s interests are protected through effective legal actions and documentation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Represent the Bank in courts for medium-complexity cases
Draft, review, and interpret contracts and legal documents
Provide legal advice to district management on ongoing matters
Follow up on legal suits and ensure timely filing of claims and responses
Support compliance efforts by identifying potential legal risks
Qualification
LLB Degree in Law
Minimum of 5 years relevant legal experience
