Job Responsibilities
You will lead and engage your team through regular meetings and one-on-one sessions, build technical digital skillsets in line with the fit-for-future program, and provide team technical leadership and performance management. You will automate test regression suites for core IT and channels to ensure a 4:1 automation-to-manual ratio, implement the test automation framework, ensure 100% use of test automation at all testing levels, and maintain complete functional and non-functional test coverage including performance, security, and compatibility. You will lead test activities in upgrades, patches, and failovers to prevent defect leakage and revenue loss, provide technical leadership in performance engineering and architecture optimization, define OAT criteria, and be accountable for the quality of all channel and core IT systems.

Qualifications & Experience
You must hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development, or a related field, have ISTQB certification (Test Manager, Advanced Test Automation, or Performance Testing), and over 5 years of experience in software testing in a busy IT environment. You should have strong knowledge of the software testing life cycle, experience managing large test teams, ability to manage competing priorities, knowledge of Test Driven Development, proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Drone, Travis, GitLabCI), experience with mainstream programming languages (Java preferred), microservices and containerization platforms, test automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Appium), and performance engineering tools (JMeter, Locust.io, HP Load Runner).
