Job Responsibilities
You will provide technical expertise in planning and design for Converged Rating & Charging Solution (CCS) and other systems, develop and configure new products and services, execute technical tests, and provide support for UAT and Production to ensure quality product releases. You will drive integrations of CCS and other system solutions to IT Stack and various network elements, oversee new installations and commissioning of systems within defined timelines, develop and maintain traffic models for various nodes, provide operational support, administration, and maintenance of CCS and other systems while ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLAs. You will manage software release plans, security patch execution, business continuity plans, review system architecture and roadmaps for efficiency and evolution to new technologies, review system changes to minimize impact on commercial services, and engage with other teams to ensure business requirements are captured accurately in Functional Requirements Documents.

Core Competencies & Knowledge
You must have proficiency in Charging & Billing Solutions, technical analysis, solution design, development, and implementation for all billing products and services, strong customer focus with an understanding of profitable customers, creativity and innovation, fulfillment of business requirements, business know-how, collaboration with business and technology partners, and the ability to drive initiatives independently in a startup or ambiguous environment.

Functional Competencies
You must have domain experience in GSM with a focus on CCS, Mediation, Voucher Management, Provisioning, Roaming, Interconnect, and Invoicing, working knowledge of cloud-native, TCP, CNF, and VNF solutions, and a good understanding of 3GPP protocols and API interfaces (REST, SOAP).

Qualifications & Experience
You must hold a BSc degree or equivalent in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or IT, have at least 2 years of experience in a busy telecommunications or dynamic IT environment with strong knowledge of planning and architecture for charging solutions including Messaging, Voice, IMS, and IoT, and have working knowledge of Unix systems and databases (RDBMS and NoSQL).
