Job Position:
Customer Service Executive – II.

Purpose of the Job:
To enhance customer satisfaction by efficiently handling front-line customer service activities and supporting branch resource mobilization through effective cross-selling of the Bank’s products and services.

Generic Functions:
Enhance strong business relationships with customers and promote the Bank’s positive image within the community. Provide timely, relevant, accurate, and complete reports on plan performance. Deliver services in accordance with service level agreements. Contribute to the Bank’s profitability based on assigned targets. Promote teamwork, collaboration, and transparency in work practices. Adhere to the Bank’s internal control system and risk management program.

Specific Functions:
Engage in customer recruitment and account opening activities. Administer the Primary Vault jointly with the Branch Operation Manager or Branch Manager. Receive, verify, deposit, and withdraw cash from Primary and Secondary Vaults. Handle cash consignments to and from the Treasury. Verify daily cash receipts and ensure cash bricks are properly arranged, wrapped, and initialed. Retrieve and verify customer signatures and photographs. Perform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements:
Qualification: BA Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or other related fields. Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or in a related position.
