Nib International Bank (NIB) was established on May 26, 1999, under license no. LBB/007/99 in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business no. 84/1994. The bank was founded with a paid-up capital of Birr 27.6 million and an authorized capital of Birr 150 million by 717 shareholders. The bank commenced operation on October 28, 1999, with 27 employees, becoming the sixth private bank licensed in the country.

1. Junior Mechanical Engineer
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Work Experience: 2 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in mechanical valuation.

2. Credit Analysis Officer
Educational Qualification: B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Work Experience: 4 years of relevant banking experience, including 2 years as Associate Credit Analysis Officer or in a similar position.

3. Property Valuator
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or related fields.
Work Experience: 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as Junior Property Valuator or in a similar position.

4. HR Business Partner Officer
Educational Qualification: B.A. Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
Work Experience: 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as Associate HR Officer or in a similar position.

5. Senior Credit Analysis Officer
Educational Qualification: M.A./B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Work Experience: 4/6 years of relevant banking experience, including 2 years as Credit Analysis Officer or in a similar position.

6. Marketing Supervisor
Educational Qualification: M.A./B.A. Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Work Experience: 5/7 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Senior Marketing Officer or in a similar position.

7. Digital Banking Supervisor
Educational Qualification: M.A./B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Work Experience: 5/7 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Senior Digital Banking Officer or in a similar position.

8. Interest Free Banking (IFB) Supervisor
Educational Qualification: M.A./B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Work Experience: 5/7 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Senior Interest-Free Banking Officer or in a similar position.
Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Sharia principles is an advantage.

9. Branch Manager II
Educational Qualification: M.A./B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Work Experience: 6/8 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Branch Manager I or in a similar core banking role.

10. Branch Manager III
Educational Qualification: M.A./B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Work Experience: 7/9 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Branch Manager II or 3 years as Branch Manager I or in a similar core banking role.
