Job Positions and Requirements

1. Project Director

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Public Health or other health-related field. Project Management Certification is an advantage.

Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5 years of line management experience in designing and leading large development programs.

Salary: USD 50,000 to USD 65,000 annually (Basic Salary)

2. Senior STRIDES Polio Data and Surveillance Analyst

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field.

Work Experience: Typically requires 6 years of relevant experience in public health surveillance, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
