Job Positions and Requirements
Junior Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification: At least 10+2, 10+3, TVET Level 2/3/4, or Diploma/Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, Public Administration, Rural Development, or related fields.
Work Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
Job Location: Addis Ababa and surrounding branches (West Regional Operation Offices)
Salary: As per the Institution salary scale

Branch Manager
Educational Qualification: University Degree or Diploma in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Banking, Marketing, or related social sciences and business fields.
Work Experience: Related experience of 4 years for Degree holders and 6 years for Diploma holders.
Job Location: Addis Ababa, Oromia, SNNPR, and Central Ethiopia
