Job Positions and Requirements

1. Manager, Management Information System (MIS)

Educational Qualification: BSC Degree in MIS, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Work Experience: Eight (8) years of demonstrated experience, of which two (2) years must be in a Supervisory position of IS operation.

Job Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Work Experience: Six (6) years of Banking Operations experience. IFB training Certification is advantageous.

3. Branch Operation Supervisor

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Work Experience: Four (4) years of related Banking experience. IFB training Certification is advantageous.

4. Senior Customer Service Officer

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
