Job Description
The Accountant I position, specifically focusing on the IBEX system, is a vital role within our financial department. This position is designed for detail-oriented professionals who are ready to take on the responsibility of managing public funds and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. You will be at the forefront of our digital financial transformation, utilizing modern software to track expenditures and manage branch-level budgets.
A "day-in-the-life" in this role involves high-level financial reporting, reconciliation, and the systematic recording of transactions within the government’s IBEX framework. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that budgetary allocations align with operational needs, providing the financial clarity necessary for successful project execution. Educational Qualification: First Degree or Second Degree in Accounting and Finance, Accounting, or Public Finance.
Work Experience: 2 years of relevant experience for First Degree holders; 0 years (Fresh Graduate) for Second Degree holders.
