Job Description and Strategic Impact
The currently available roles at National Aviation College are strategically essential for our 2026 expansion goals. As we enhance our vocational and degree-level programs, the recruitment of specialized Instructors, Administrative Staff, and Vocational Counselors is critical to maintaining our ETA accreditation and ensuring high student success rates. Each role is designed to support the college’s mission of providing top-tier, industry-relevant education that meets both national and international standards.
For Academic Staff, including Instructors and Trainers, the impact is direct and transformative. You will be responsible for molding the technical and soft skills of students who will soon lead Ethiopia's airlines, hotels, and financial institutions. By integrating modern pedagogical methods with industry insights, our instructors ensure that the college remains a leader in aviation-related higher education.
The Administrative and Support roles, such as the Executive Secretary, Receptionist, and ICT Lab Assistant, provide the operational backbone of the college.
