Job Description and Strategic Impact
The Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation (P&ME) Coordinator plays a strategic role in ensuring the quality and integrity of project implementation at the woreda level. By coordinating design and reporting, this role ensures that organizational systems are properly applied to meet donor requirements and community needs. The position is vital for documenting lessons learned and facilitating evidence-based decision-making.
The Digital Data and Device Management Facilitator is essential for the modernization of FH Ethiopia’s information management systems. This role ensures the accuracy and legitimacy of data collection, which is critical for programmatic success and donor accountability. By managing digital tools and troubleshooting technical issues, this position enables real-time data analysis and enhances the overall efficiency of the RFSA-PReSERVE project.
The Senior Finance Officer ensures sound financial management and internal controls across regional and project offices. This role is strategically important for mitigating fiduciary risks and ensuring transparency in the use of resources. By maintaining high standards of financial record-keeping and reporting, the Senior Finance Officer protects the organization’s reputation and ensures compliance with global accounting standards.
The Purchaser role is the backbone of the organization's logistics and supply chain efficiency. Work Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of related experience, preferably in a similar program or International NGO (INGO) setting.
Job Location: Sede Muja and East Belesa (Amhara Region).
