The Senior Technical Expert II for Market Linkage and Promotion plays a pivotal role within the ADEY program. This position is responsible for the comprehensive design, implementation, and evaluation of market strategies that connect youth-led enterprises with profitable agricultural markets. By serving as a technical advisor, the expert ensures that crop and livestock producers have the visibility and connections needed to thrive in a competitive and modern landscape.
The Senior Assistant and Senior Protocol Specialist roles are high-level support positions designed to ensure the seamless operation of the Minister’s Office during a critical period of food system transformation. These are strategic administrative and diplomatic roles that act as the primary interface between the Ministry of Agriculture and its vast network of national and international stakeholders. Each of these positions serves as a “gateway” for the Ministry’s resources and strategic time.
