Job Summary: The Project Officer will support the implementation of the “Empowering Families, Enriching Lives” project in Addis Ababa, which focuses on early childhood development and women’s economic empowerment. The role involves planning, coordination, monitoring, and partner engagement to ensure effective and inclusive project delivery.

Responsibilities: Support the design and implementation of childcare and livelihood initiatives. Facilitate coordination with partners, government offices, and community stakeholders. Monitor project performance and ensure timely reporting. Prepare concept notes, MoUs, ToRs, and technical documents. Support training, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in NGOs or development organizations. Strong communication, facilitation, and networking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in English and Amharic; knowledge of an additional local language is an asset.
