Educational Qualification: M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.

Work Experience: 5/7 years of banking work experience, of which 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager or equivalent core banking business-related job positions.

Job Location: Melka Rafu, Awebera, Sabian Mesekelegna branches under Dire Dawa District.

Salary: Per the Salary Scale of the Bank and attractive fringe benefits.

  1. Senior Payment Card Support Officer

Educational Qualification: M.A/B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.

Work Experience: 4/6 years of banking work experience of which 2 years as Payment Card Support Officer or other equivalent Digital Banking business related job positions.

Job Location: Head Office.
