Job Positions and Requirements

1. Executive Secretary

Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or a related field.

Work Experience: 4 years of relevant experience in secretarial positions (experience in Banking or MFI is preferred).

Job Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa).

Salary: Per the Institution’s attractive scale and benefit package.

2. Senior IT Officer

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Work Experience: 3 years of relevant experience. Experience with Core Banking systems is mandatory.

3. Branch Manager

Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Marketing, Management, Accounting, or Economics.

Work Experience: 2 years of supervisory experience in a Banking or Microfinance (MFI) environment.

4. Accountant

Educational Qualification: BA Degree or Level 4 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Work Experience: 2 years for BA holders or 4 years for Level 4 holders. Proficiency in Peachtree and Excel is mandatory.

Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, or Accounting (for CSO); Level 4 in Accounting or Finance (for Cashier).

Job Location: Addis Ababa / Bahir Dar.
