Job Description and Strategic Impact

The roles currently open at Dodai—ranging from Customer Experience (CX) leadership to Procurement, Accounting, and Site Acquisition—are the fundamental pillars of our 2026 expansion strategy. As we aim to deploy 40 battery-swapping sites and thousands of e-motorbikes within the next 8 months, every hire plays a strategic role in ensuring our infrastructure and operations keep pace with our vision.

The CX Manager and Junior Procurement Officer ensure that our customers and supply chains remain satisfied and efficient, while the Senior Accountant and Site Acquisition Associate provide the financial integrity and physical footprint necessary for growth.   1. Customer Experience (CX) Manager

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience: 5+ years in customer experience, after-sales, or service operations (ideally in automotive, mobility, or telecom).
