Job Description and Strategic Impact
The Graduate Trainee – IT role is the foundation of our digital future. As Nisir scales its operations, our IT infrastructure must be resilient and innovative. For the Junior Customer and Resource Partner, the focus is on the human element of finance. You are the bridge between Nisir’s institutional goals and the individual dreams of our customers. By delivering timely, accurate services and mobilizing resources, you directly fuel the capital that allows local businesses to expand. Your role is vital for customer retention and the sustainable growth of our branch network.
The Branch Manager serves as a strategic leader at the local level. You are responsible for the holistic performance of your branch, balancing loan processing, resource mobilization, and digital onboarding. By ensuring operational excellence and leading a coordinated team, you turn a physical location into a community hub for financial empowerment, directly influencing the profitability and reputation of the institution.
As the Director, Audit, your impact is centered on institutional integrity. You lead the risk-based internal audit strategy, ensuring that every facet of Nisir’s operations complies with national laws and internal policies.
