Job Description
The Manager of the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Division will work under the supervision of the Director of the Human Capital Management Department. The role focuses on leading and managing the bank’s recruitment and onboarding processes.

The successful candidate will plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise talent acquisition activities to ensure the bank attracts and hires qualified and capable professionals.

The position requires developing and implementing efficient systems and procedures that enhance the effectiveness of recruitment and onboarding processes across the bank.

The division manager will oversee the sourcing, attraction, and hiring of skilled candidates who can support the bank’s operational and strategic objectives.

The role also includes coordinating workforce planning activities to ensure the bank has the right number of employees with the appropriate skills and competencies.

The manager will collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand staffing needs and align recruitment plans with the bank’s long-term strategy.

Another key responsibility is to ensure the proper implementation of the bank’s talent acquisition and onboarding policies and procedures.

The division manager will lead initiatives that improve employer branding and strengthen the bank’s ability to attract top talent from the labor market.

The role also includes ensuring that new employees experience a structured onboarding process that supports their integration into the organization.

This position plays a crucial role in shaping the bank’s human capital strategy and building a high-performing workforce.

Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold one of the following academic qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Public Administration and Development Management, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Public Administration and Development Management, or other closely related disciplines.

Candidates with strong academic backgrounds and a commitment to professional excellence are encouraged to apply.

Work Experience
Relevant professional experience is required depending on the educational level of the applicant.

For candidates holding a Master’s degree, a minimum of six years of relevant human resource experience is required.

For candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience is required.

Experience in the banking sector or financial institutions is highly preferred.

Applicants must also have demonstrated leadership experience within HR functions.

For Master’s degree holders, at least two years must be in a principal officer position or three years in a senior officer role.

For Bachelor’s degree holders, at least three years must be in a principal officer position or four years in a senior officer role.

Experience managing recruitment programs, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning initiatives will be highly advantageous.
