EthioChicken is currently seeking motivated and passionate fresh graduates to join its team as a Customer Experience Associate.

Job Description

The Customer Experience Associate will play a key role in supporting EthioChicken’s customer engagement and feedback activities. The position focuses on understanding the needs and experiences of customers and farmers while ensuring that services are delivered effectively.

The selected candidate will help the organization collect valuable insights from customers and stakeholders. These insights will help EthioChicken improve its services, strengthen relationships with farmers, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

The role involves interacting directly with customers and community members. The Customer Experience Associate will represent the organization in a professional and respectful manner while gathering feedback and conducting surveys.

The position also provides an opportunity for young professionals to gain practical experience in customer service, field research, and data collection. This experience can serve as a strong foundation for future careers in development programs, agriculture, customer relations, and data management.

The successful candidate will work closely with different teams within the organization to ensure that customer feedback is properly documented and addressed.

Key responsibilities include the following tasks:

• Conduct customer surveys accurately using designated tools and methodologies
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while collecting feedback
• Translate survey questions and responses when necessary to ensure clear communication
• Enter survey data into the system accurately while maintaining data quality
• Participate in team meetings and share updates on daily activities and survey progress
• Record and report customer complaints or concerns to the appropriate departments
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure customer information is handled responsibly
• Provide constructive feedback to improve customer engagement strategies
• Support the team with additional responsibilities assigned by supervisors

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment

Employment Type and Salary

This is a contract position offered for a period of six months as maternity cover.
