Job Description

The Junior Sales Representative plays a fundamental role in driving the commercial success of Holland Dairy. The primary objective is to manage the end-to-end sales process, from receiving customer orders to facilitating calls and issuing invoices. This ensures both customer satisfaction and the consistent growth of sales volume.

In this role, you will be the face of the company to many of our prospective and current clients. You will be responsible for facilitating cold and warm calls to generate leads and schedule follow-ups. Your ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships will be key to expanding our market reach.

Beyond just taking orders, you will apply cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize every sales opportunity. By understanding the needs of our customers, you can provide tailored recommendations that enhance their experience with our products. This proactive approach helps ensure that monthly sales volume targets are consistently met or exceeded.

The role also involves a significant amount of administrative and logistical coordination. You will be responsible for issuing invoices, negotiating orders, and facilitating the delivery of items. Accuracy is paramount, as you will be documenting complaints and maintaining detailed records in both System and Excel formats.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. This educational background ensures a solid foundation in commercial principles and strategic communication.

Job Location

The primary place of work for this position is Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to this vibrant city to effectively manage local client relations.
