Job Description
The Compliance Feedback Officer plays a critical role in strengthening accountability, transparency, and ethical standards within program implementation. This position supports the Finance and Compliance function to ensure that internal controls, reporting systems, and feedback mechanisms operate effectively.
The role focuses on managing and monitoring feedback systems, ensuring that complaints, concerns, and reports from beneficiaries and stakeholders are handled professionally, confidentially, and in accordance with organizational policies.
The officer will support compliance reviews, documentation verification, and monitoring of financial and operational processes. This ensures adherence to donor regulations, internal procedures, and safeguarding standards.
The position contributes to building trust between the organization and the communities it serves by ensuring feedback is documented, analyzed, and responded to in a timely manner.
The Compliance Feedback Officer will also work closely with program teams to strengthen accountability frameworks and improve reporting systems.
A key responsibility includes promoting awareness of anti-fraud, anti-corruption, and safeguarding policies within the field office.
The role requires high integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
By ensuring proper compliance and effective feedback mechanisms, this position directly contributes to program quality, ethical standards, and the protection of children and vulnerable populations.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Finance
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Management
- Or other related disciplines
Additional training in compliance, auditing, or risk management is considered an advantage.
Work Experience
Relevant professional experience in finance, compliance, auditing, or NGO operations is required.
Experience working in humanitarian or development organizations is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience handling feedback systems, complaints mechanisms, or accountability frameworks is an advantage.
Experience with donor-funded projects and financial reporting systems will strengthen candidacy.
