Job Description:
The HR Officer will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions to support the hotel’s strategic goals. This position is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and maintaining an efficient and compliant HR framework.

As an HR Officer, you will directly contribute to building a positive workplace culture, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring that the hotel attracts and retains top talent. Your work will impact every department, ensuring that employees are supported, motivated, and equipped to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Management Information System, Business Administration & Information System, or any related field from a recognized college or university.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in human resources or a related field.
• Exposure to hotel or service industry HR practices is highly advantageous.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with staff and management effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and performance management processes.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for record keeping and documentation.
• Problem-solving abilities to address employee concerns and support operational efficiency.
• Enthusiasm for fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
