Job Description
The Junior Sales Officer will play an important role in supporting Ethiopost’s sales and customer service functions. This position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, supporting sales operations, and ensuring client satisfaction through timely communication and service delivery.
The selected candidate will actively engage with existing and potential customers, listen to their needs, and provide accurate information about Ethiopost’s products and services. They will assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations that align with client requirements.
This role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations from order placement to final delivery. The Junior Sales Officer will help maintain up-to-date records and track key sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
The candidate will handle a range of administrative tasks related to sales processes, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency. The position offers exposure to customer relationship management, data analysis, communication, and marketing coordination.

Educational Qualification

Work Experience
Although this is an entry-level role, candidates with some prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service will have an advantage.
