Job Summary
China Communication Construction Company is seeking a qualified LEED Specialist to drive sustainability and environmental performance in construction projects. The role involves ensuring projects meet international sustainability standards, local regulations, and corporate environmental strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Advance sustainability and environmental management at the project level, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations
• Develop and implement sustainability strategies, promote low-carbon construction, and enhance resource recycling
• Monitor and manage environmental impacts, including energy and water consumption, waste, and emissions, ensuring continuous improvement
• Conduct environmental risk assessments, execute monitoring plans, and handle environmental incidents with corrective measures
• Collect, analyze, and report environmental and sustainability data for internal management and external audits or green certification requirements
• Promote sustainability culture through employee training and awareness programs
• Coordinate sustainability and environmental initiatives with government authorities, project owners, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

Job Requirements
• College-level education
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in Chinese and English
• Strong knowledge of sustainable building practices and LEED certification requirements
