Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Manager, Litigation and Foreclosure Division, the Attorney participates in the development and revision of standard contractual forms and other documents with legal implications for the Bank. The role involves handling and processing foreclosure cases, preparing statements of claim and defense as well as other pleadings, rendering legal opinions, representing the Bank in court proceedings, and systematically maintaining legal files and records.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Law or other closely related fields.
A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in the banking sector, of which at least one (1) year must be served in a Junior Attorney position.
