Position: Graduate Trainee – Safety

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc. Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Program Overview

The Graduate Trainee – Safety Program is designed to develop young professionals into competent and proactive Safety Officers. Trainees will receive structured mentorship, technical training, and hands-on experience in hazard identification, risk control, and ISO 45001 compliance within a modern brewery environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of the ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
• Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety inspections.
• Conduct safety observations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Organize and assist in toolbox talks, training sessions, and awareness programs.
• Ensure compliance with safe work procedures.
• Collect, organize, and report safety performance data.
