The role focuses on designing, implementing, and monitoring child protection programs that strengthen community-based mechanisms, enhance child safety, and promote psychosocial support for vulnerable children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor child protection and safeguarding programs.
• Strengthen community-based child protection structures and awareness.
• Train and support caregivers, youth centers, and local organizations.
• Collaborate with government and community actors to ensure child safety.
• Conduct monitoring, reporting, and documentation of program outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in child protection or social development work.
• Strong understanding of child rights, safeguarding, and community engagement.
• Excellent communication, training, and teamwork skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office and data tools).
