Job Positions and Requirements

Junior Customer Service Officer

Educational Qualification: BA degree holder from recognized higher learning institutions in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or other related fields of discipline.

Work Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service officer or Bank Trainee.

Job Location: Addis Ababa Branches, Amanuel, Bure Damot, Debre Work, Dembecha, and Woreta.
