Job Description
The Project Office Assistant plays a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the QEP II project.
This position provides administrative, logistical, and coordination support to project teams, ensuring that activities are implemented efficiently and professionally.
The role acts as a bridge between technical teams, administrative units, and external stakeholders, helping maintain effective communication and workflow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting administrative and organizational processes in compliance with GIZ standards
- Assisting with procurement, travel arrangements, and logistics coordination
- Organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Managing documentation, filing systems, and knowledge management processes
- Handling communication with partners, service providers, and stakeholders
- Supporting contract processing for consultants and external experts
The position also involves coordinating field activities and supporting project teams in various regions, contributing directly to the success of development interventions.

Educational Qualification
A Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields is required:
- Business Administration
- Management
- Accounting
- Logistics
- Or a closely related discipline
Candidates with relevant academic backgrounds that demonstrate organizational and administrative competence are encouraged to apply.
Work Experience
Applicants should have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in:
- Office administration
- Logistics coordination
- Event management
Experience working with international organizations, development agencies, or government institutions is highly advantageous.
