Job Summary
The Key Account Manager – Shippers will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, activating, and retaining shipper accounts on the Trucksload digital platform. The role focuses on driving platform adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth through strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard corporate, SME, and institutional shippers.
Support shippers through registration, verification, and first load posting.
Ensure active platform usage and increase repeat load posting.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned shipper accounts.
Monitor shipper activity and resolve commercial concerns.
Educate clients on platform features, pricing, and processes.
Collect market feedback and share insights with internal teams.
Track onboarding, activation KPIs, and contribute to revenue targets.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales, logistics, or key account management.

Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Customer-focused and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, digital environment.
