Job Description
The Human Resource Officer will play a key role in supporting the HR operations of the Addis Ababa Country Office.

The position focuses on managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and supporting both staff and management in HR-related matters.

The role contributes directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization by ensuring that employees are well-supported and HR processes are properly implemented.

The selected candidate will assist in onboarding new staff, maintaining employee records, and supporting recruitment and performance management processes.

Educational Qualification
