Job Positions and Requirements
Finance Director
Educational Qualification: BA Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Work Experience: A minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically in a senior leadership or management role.

Applicants must demonstrate a proven track record of managing high-level financial departments with full accountability. You should have extensive experience in policy development and the implementation of modern financial operational systems in a corporate setting.
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Pack is mandatory. You must be an expert in Excel for financial modeling, and proficient in Word, Access, Publisher, Outlook, and PowerPoint for reporting and strategic presentations.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential. As a director, you will be expected to navigate complex financial challenges and provide strategic solutions that align with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and audit/control systems is required. You should be adept at supervising internal and external audits to ensure absolute compliance with national financial regulations.
Candidates must possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. The ability to mentor and manage a diverse team of finance specialists while building trust across other departments is a key success factor.
