Job Description
The Consular Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Consular Section by ensuring efficient service delivery to clients and stakeholders.

The role involves handling both immigrant and non-immigrant visa-related processes, as well as supporting refugee and special visa cases.

The selected candidate will communicate with applicants, attorneys, and officials through email, letters, and other formal channels.

The position also requires managing incoming correspondence and directing it to the appropriate office or officer for action.

The Consular Assistant will support travel arrangements for consular staff and assist in organizing official trips, conferences, and assignments.
