Job Description
The Engineering Corporation of Oromia is currently inviting applications from highly qualified and competent professionals to fill various technical and support positions across several high-impact projects. These roles are critical to the success of ongoing initiatives such as the Adama Hospital Expansion, the Birbir Irrigation Project, and the Elbahi Dam Rehabilitation project in Jijiga City. - Education: BSc/MSc Degree in Irrigation, Water Resources Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 8/6 years or above with proven experience in irrigation and drainage system design for dams and headworks.
- Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and related engineering software.
- Senior Dam Engineer (SDE-02)
- Education: BSc/MSc Degree in Dam, Irrigation, or Water Resources Engineering.
- Experience: 8/6 years or above with proven experience in design of dams and irrigation headworks, including layout and design.
- Skills: Proficiency in GeoStudio, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and GIS templates.
- Electrical Engineer (EE-03)
- Education: BSc/MSc Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 8/6 years of experience in building electrical design.
- Skills: Professional license is mandatory.

- Skills: Expertise in GeoStudio, Civil 3D, CADAM, and tunnel design experience.
- Senior Statistician (SS-13)
- Education: BSc/MSc/PhD Degree in Statistics or related fields.
- Experience: 12/10/8 years of experience.
- Skills: Skilled with Geostatistical Data analysis and report writing.
- Project Manager (PM-14)
- Education: BSc/MSc/PhD Degree in Geology, Mineral Exploration, or Project Management.
- Experience: 12/10/8 years of experience in relevant sectors.
- Customer Service and Secretary (CSS-15)
- Education: Level IV/Dip/BA Degree in Computer Science or Secretarial Science.
