Job Description
As a Cabin Crew member, you will be the face of Emirates and the primary point of contact for customers during their journey.

You will provide outstanding service while ensuring the highest standards of safety and security on board.

This role is more than hospitality; it requires confidence, leadership, and the ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.

You will receive world-class training at Emirates’ state-of-the-art facility in Dubai.

You will manage aircraft services, security, and safety procedures while creating a warm and welcoming experience for passengers.

You will represent the Emirates brand through professionalism, empathy, and cultural awareness.

Key Responsibilities
You will welcome passengers and provide guidance throughout the flight.

You will ensure all safety procedures and emergency protocols are followed.

You will manage cabin services, including food and beverage service.

You will handle customer needs and resolve concerns professionally.

You will maintain a safe, clean, and secure cabin environment.

Educational Qualification
Minimum of high school completion (Grade 12) is required.

Work Experience
At least one year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a service-oriented role is required.

Required Skills and Competencies
Fluency in written and spoken English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Ability to work with people from diverse cultures.

Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.

Minimum height of 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.

No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform.

Ability to meet UAE employment visa requirements and adapt to a demanding schedule.

Job Location
This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Employment Type and Salary
This is a full-time position.

The role offers a tax-free salary package, including:

Basic salary of AED 4,980 per month.

Flying pay of AED 69.60 per hour, based on an average of 80–100 flight hours per month.

Average total monthly pay of approximately AED 11,244.

Hotel accommodation during layovers and transport to and from the airport are provided.
