Job Summary
China Communication Construction Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Local Construction Foreman to supervise on-site construction activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring construction works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and project timelines. This position requires strong coordination skills to support communication between Chinese project staff and local workers.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily on-site construction activities and workforce
• Ensure construction works comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
• Manage earthworks and site operations effectively
• Assist communication and coordination between Chinese personnel and local construction teams
• Maintain accurate construction records, reports, and site documentation
• Monitor progress and support timely project completion
• Ensure adherence to local construction codes and regulations
Job Requirements
• Education Level: College diploma or above in a relevant field
• Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years relevant construction experience
• Proven experience in earthworks and site management
• Experience working on Chinese-led construction projects is an advantage
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages
• Ability to use office software for reporting and documentation
