Job Purpose
The District Attorney is responsible for safeguarding the Bank’s legal interests by providing expert legal guidance, managing litigation, and ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. The role requires strong analytical skills, sound legal judgment, and effective representation before various legal bodies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Represent the Bank before courts, police, and regulatory authorities
• Prepare and review legal pleadings, appeals, briefs, and related documents
• Provide strategic legal advice to district management teams
• Conduct legal risk assessments to ensure operational compliance
• Follow up on active lawsuits, ensure timely responses, and support proper case management
• Support the Bank in preventing legal liabilities through proactive guidance

Qualification

• LLB Degree in Law
• Minimum of 7 years relevant legal experience
