About This Role
The Senior Community Mobilizer is responsible for frontline implementation of the project. The role involves working directly with communities, IDP sites, protection facilities, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include enrollment, registration, and arrangement of project participants for general protection and multi-purpose cash support. The position maintains documentation of project activities, builds relationships between ChildFund and the community, and monitors general protection and cash programs.

Job Responsibilities
Facilitate establishment of participant targeting and verification committees and monitor participant selection, verification, and registration processes.
Prepare a master list of targeted participants for all project activities.
Ensure quality management of protection and multi-purpose cash services.
Facilitate community discussion sessions on protection and multi-purpose cash.
Mobilize target communities for project activities.
Ensure beneficiaries access and benefit from project interventions.
Collect and analyze feedback from children and the community and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
Educate communities on protection risks and multi-purpose cash and follow up on their implementation.
Remain alert to safeguarding risks and adhere to ChildFund safeguarding policy and procedures.
Promote safeguarding activities in project sites.
Mentor, coach, and provide performance appraisals for Community Volunteers.
Ensure proper distribution practices aligned with donor and organizational standards.
Provide technical support to IDP and host communities.
Mobilize community members for required project activities.
Collect monitoring data and prepare periodic activity reports.
Provide orientations and training about project services and community responsibilities.
Maintain accurate records of targeted children and communities.
Conduct daily field visits to IDP sites and communities and collect monitoring data.
Prepare periodic reports on project activities.
Facilitate implementation of protection and multi-purpose cash services in IDP sites and communities.
Work closely with field-based project officers, community members, and stakeholders.
Facilitate access to legal, medical, and psychosocial services for SGBV survivors.
Document lessons learned and support communication and reporting.
Support baseline and endline assessments and protection monitoring.
Conduct field monitoring visits and share weekly reports based on quality and accountability standards.

Job Requirements
At least one year of relevant project implementation experience in protection or gender-focused programs, including emergency cash distribution in NGOs or similar settings.

Education/Certifications
BA/BSc degree or Diploma in Gender, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Social Anthropology, Community Development, Development Studies, or related fields.
