Job Description
The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is hiring an ICLA Officer to lead legal information, counseling, and assistance for displaced communities in North Humera. The officer will ensure service quality in line with NRC’s ICLA strategy, Ethiopian law, and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily ICLA activities and ensure effective implementation.
Provide individual counseling and legal assistance on housing, land, and property issues.
Conduct research, organize legal information sessions, and support community awareness.
Supervise and train ICLA Technical Assistants (TAs).
Ensure timely data entry, reporting, and coordination with local partners and authorities.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in legal aid, protection, or humanitarian work.
Strong understanding of Ethiopian law and NGO operations.
Excellent communication, reporting, and computer skills.
