Job Description and Strategic Impact

Dodai Manufacturing PLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Team Lead to oversee and strengthen its procurement operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods and services that support the company's manufacturing, logistics, and operational activities.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the entire procurement cycle, including supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, procurement planning, and performance monitoring. The role requires both strategic thinking and operational execution.As Dodai continues to expand, the Procurement Team Lead will contribute significantly to cost optimization, supplier relationship management, and procurement process improvement.
