Job Description and Strategic Impact

Dodai Manufacturing Plc is seeking energetic and motivated Junior Battery Swappers to join its growing operations team. This role is essential to ensuring customers have reliable and uninterrupted access to fully charged batteries for their electric two-wheelers.The successful candidates will be responsible for performing battery swap services, supporting customers at swapping stations, monitoring battery inventory, and maintaining safe operational standards. The position directly contributes to customer satisfaction and the overall success of Dodai’s battery-swapping network.As a customer-facing role, Junior Battery Swappers will serve as brand ambassadors, creating positive experiences for riders and helping strengthen customer loyalty.
