A typical day in the life of a Sales Promoter involves dynamic, high-energy interactions across various territories. A primary responsibility of this role involves creating substantial sales volume from both established partners and entirely new customer bases. You will be evaluated on your ability to achieve these daily sales targets within your assigned territory, requiring excellent time management and strategic route planning.
Building sound, long-lasting customer relationships is another critical facet of the position. You will interact daily with outlet owners, managers, and staff, acting as a reliable partner who understands their business needs and helps them succeed through the optimal placement of our products.
Execution of approved promotional activities requires keen attention to detail and an energetic approach. You will bring marketing campaigns to life at the point of consumption, ensuring that all branding materials are deployed correctly and effectively capture consumer interest.
Professionals in this role must also communicate with consumers exceptionally well. You will act as a brand ambassador, engaging with the public to expertly forward our product features, brewing quality, and unique market identity, thereby driving immediate sales and brand loyalty.
Continuous follow-up regarding product availability is absolutely essential. You will monitor all registered outlets within the sales system to guarantee that Habesha Beer is consistently in stock, visible, and ready for consumer purchase, preventing any out-of-stock scenarios.

You will monitor the condition of Habesha-branded fridges in the field and report in a timely manner if any maintenance or repair is required to protect our brand image and product quality.
