Educational Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A diploma in graphic design or a related field from a recognized college is highly desirable.
Work Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in publications production, including desktop publishing, graphic design and layout, or related area is required. (Reduced to five years for candidates with a first-level university degree). Proficiency in professional graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud) is required. One year or more of experience in data analytics or related area is desirable.

Educational Qualification: Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Economics or related field is required. A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in macroeconomic policy, economic research and analysis, forecasting, and application of economic principles in development programmes is required. Substantial and related experience with Bretton Woods Institutions/Development Finance Institutions is required. Strong economic analytical skills and econometric modelling/programming skills are required.
