Job Positions and Requirements

Junior Banker

• Educational Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field of studies.

• Work Experience: A minimum of 1 (one) year of relevant banking experience is required.

• Skill Requirements: Strong interpersonal communication, basic mathematical competence, and a commitment to high-quality customer service.

• Job Locations: Holeta, Jimma, Metu, Assosa, and Kamise Branches.
