Job Description and Strategic Impact

The roles of Senior Auditor and Senior Company Secretary are critical to maintaining the internal governance and operational integrity of Zemen Insurance S.C. As we scale our operations toward our 2035 objectives, these positions ensure that our institutional framework remains robust, compliant, and transparent.

The Senior Auditor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial and operational health of the company. By conducting rigorous evaluations of our internal controls and financial systems, you help mitigate risks and safeguard the interests of our shareholders and policyholders. This role is essential for maintaining the trust and reliability that define the ZISC brand.

The Senior Company Secretary acts as a vital bridge between the company's management and its stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring administrative excellence and compliance with regulatory standards, this role supports the smooth functioning of our corporate governance structures. Job Positions and Requirements

1. Senior Auditor

   • Educational Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MBA in Accounting or related field of studies.

   • Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year serving as an Auditor II.

   • Job Location: Addis Ababa.

   • Salary: Per Company Scale.

2. Senior Company Secretary

   • Educational Qualification: BSc/BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management (SSOM).

   • Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year serving as a Company Secretary II.

   • Job Location: Addis Ababa.

   • Salary: Per Company Scale.
