2. Structural Inspector

   • Educational Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering or related field

   • Experience: Minimum of 2 years overall; specific experience in bridge inspection

   • Salary: 16,142 ETB

3. Material Inspector

   • Educational Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering or related field

   • Experience: Minimum of 5 years overall; specific experience in highway material quality inspection

   • Salary: 16,142 ETB

4. Drafts Person

   • Educational Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering

   • Experience: Minimum of 2 years overall; familiar with the use of CADD

   • Salary: 16,142 ETB

5. Work Inspector

   • Educational Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering or related fields

   • Experience: More than 3 years of experience

   • Salary: 16,142 ETB

6. Senior Quantity Surveyor

   • Educational Qualification: BSc and above in Civil Engineering or related field

   • Experience: Minimum of 6 years overall; specific experience in asphalt concrete or contract administration

   • Salary: 27,264 ETB

7. Civil Engineer IV / Assistant Resident Engineer

   • Educational Qualification: MSc/BSc Degree and above in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management

   • Experience: More than 10 years overall in road, bridge, airport, or railway projects

8. Senior Pavement / Material Engineer

   • Educational Qualification: MSc/BSc in Civil Engineering, Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or related fields

   • Experience: 8/10 years of experience on road design/construction as a pavement engineer

9. Senior Civil Engineer / Resident Engineer

   • Educational Qualification: BSc Degree and above in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management

   • Experience: Minimum of 12 years overall in road construction and/or design projects

   • Salary: 38,608 ETB

Employment Type and Compensation

All listed positions are offered on a Contract basis. The compensation packages are highly competitive within the engineering sector, with salaries ranging from 16,142 ETB up to 45,599 ETB depending on the role and experience level.
