Dashen Bank invites qualified and motivated applicants for the position of Recruit Professional – Electro Mechanical Maintenance.

This role focuses on supporting the Bank’s technical infrastructure by delivering reliable installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance services for solar energy systems, hybrid inverters, and related power solutions. It also requires hands-on involvement in maintaining essential electro-mechanical systems that support the Bank’s daily operations.

The position plays a key part in ensuring uninterrupted power supply and efficient operation of critical systems across branches and facilities. It also demands strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and the ability to solve problems quickly.

Candidates will work with LAN infrastructure, structured cabling, and configuration of network devices to ensure stable and secure connectivity. The role also extends to maintaining key security infrastructure such as CCTV systems and supporting the functionality of HVAC systems used in banking environments.

The job involves periodic maintenance of sanitary and fresh water systems used across branches, ensuring all facilities operate safely and efficiently. In addition, the successful candidate will assist in preventive maintenance planning and execution to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

The role requires the ability to perform diagnostics, identify root causes of faults, and implement effective solutions without delay. Applicants must also be capable of preparing technical reports, maintenance logs, and updates for management.

Academic and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
