Job Description and Strategic Impact

Dodai Manufacturing Plc is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support warehouse operations and inventory management activities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and effective coordination between departments.

The successful candidate will serve as an important link between warehouse operations, finance, production, and logistics teams. Through effective inventory control and warehouse system management, the Warehouse Coordinator will contribute directly to organizational productivity and operational success.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage warehouse data accurately through ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Maintaining system integrity and supporting continuous process improvements are key components of this position.

The Warehouse Coordinator will support inventory reconciliation, reporting, compliance monitoring, warehouse organization, and audit preparation activities. The position also contributes to implementing operational improvements and maintaining efficient warehouse workflows.

Job Position and Requirements
  1. Warehouse Coordinator

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, logistics, or related roles, preferably within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
