Job Description and Strategic Impact
Dodai Manufacturing PLC is seeking a motivated and field-oriented Site Acquisition Associate to support the company’s battery swapping network expansion initiative. This position plays a critical role in identifying and securing suitable locations for future battery swapping stations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scouting potential sites across Addis Ababa and Sheger City while evaluating locations against established operational, technical, and commercial criteria. The role requires extensive fieldwork and direct engagement with property owners and stakeholders.
The Site Acquisition Associate will contribute significantly to Dodai’s goal of deploying 40 battery swapping sites within eight months. Through effective site identification and validation, the position directly supports the organization’s expansion strategy and operational success.

Job Position and Requirements
- Site Acquisition Associate
Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related fields.
Work Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in site scouting, real estate, sales, operations, or other field-based roles.
Job Location: Addis Ababa and Sheger City, Ethiopia.
Salary: ETB 20,000 Plus Commission.
