Educational Qualification: A minimum of a BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.

Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of banking work experience; banking industry experience is mandatory.

Job Location: Jimma, Harar, Bahir Dar, Hawassa, and Addis Ababa Branches.

Salary: As per the bank’s scale.

  1. Customer Service Officer

Educational Qualification: A minimum of a BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
